Role Overview:

Junior Nurses are responsible for assisting patients with routine care and supporting doctors during examinations and minor procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care (medication, hygiene, vitals)
• Assist in dressing and injections
• Prepare beds and help during procedures
• Record observations and maintain patient files

Qualifications:

• ANM/GNM with valid nursing registration
• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience
• Caring attitude and willingness to learn
